If you own a vehicle that is 10 years old or older, you can benefit from the Government Scrappage Allowance^ when you provide your old car for scrap and purchase a new Ford.
We’ve teamed up with Better Deal (part of the Stoneacre Motor Group) to bring you a brand new Ford Ka Style available for just £7,795* after the £2,000 Government car scrappage allowance. (RRP £9,795).
The Ka Style features: radio/cd with MP3 player, air conditioning, quickclear heated windscreen, body coloured bumpers, headlight courtesy delay, privacy glass, electric power steering, IPS with front and passenger airbags and ABS braking with EBD.

*Advertised prices are calculated by deducting the Ford/Government Scrappage Allowance of £2,000 from the manufacturer’s on-the-road price of £9,795 (inc VAT) for the new Ka Style 3-door 1.2 69 PS petrol. There is no cash alternative. Metallic paint is excluded. Vehicles must be contracted through a participating Ford Authorised dealer between mid May and 30th Sept. 2009 and registered between mid May and 30th September 2009. All are subject to availability.
^Scrappage Scheme Allowance
From mid May 2009, vehicles first registered on or prior to 31 August 1999 will be eligible for a £2,000 Ford/Government Scrappage Allowance when the owner purchases a new Ford vehicle at a participating Ford Authorised Dealer. To claim, the owner must have owned the vehicle continuously for at least one year prior to the order date of the new vehicle. The scrapped vehicle must either be registered with the Driver Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in the purchaser’s name and should have a UK address on the registration certificate (V5C) as well as a current MOT certificate before the date of ordering the new vehicle. Neither the scrapped or purchased vehicle should exceed 3.5 tonnes. The purchased vehicle must be first registered in the UK on or after mid May 2009 and be declared new at first registration in the UK i.e. with no former keepers. The registered keeper of the new vehicle must be identical to the registered keeper of the vehicle to be scrapped. The scheme will be available to the first 300,000 claimants nationwide or until 28 February 2010, whichever is sooner.
